Our Process We will visit your home and conduct a free survey. We identify carpet/upholstery fibres and measure rooms using a
laser reader, clear costings are given. If you agree with our quotation, you will not pay a penny more, no hidden extras. We can then arrange a time that suits you, on arrival we extensively pre vacuum
all carpets that are to be cleaned, this is an important part of our cleaning process, it is essential to remove dry dirt
and dust before any cleaning takes place, this is often overlooked by many carpet cleaners.
